Brief Introduction
Adapting to new marketing requirement, HT Compounding Extruder series is born with much higher performance. lt has characteristics of high torque, enhanced capability, stabilized and uniform feeding, low energy exhaustion as well as perfect self-clearance.
Features
Feeding system
There are two types of feeding system for selection. One is volumetric type feeding, the other is loss in weight feeding system (automatically and more accuracy).
High Torque gear box-self made
Torque rating grade: 9≤T/A3≤13.5, high torque gear box, high grade domestic main components, NSK/INA brand bearings.
Imported gear box and safety clutch are optional, which can further improve the performance of machines.
Screw-self made
Screw element is with closely intermeshed design, block type and can be easily exchanged to suit different material.
Barrel-self made
Precision grade can reach to IT 6. It is benefit for energy reduction and block type design makes it possible for various combination.
Pelletizing system
We have different kinds of pelletizing systems including strand pelletizing, water ring die face pelletizing, air cooling die face pelletizing and underwater pelletizing to meet customers' requirements.
Control system
There are also two types of control systems. One is button control, the other is PLC control with touch screen.
