The torque rating falls within the range of 9≤T/A3≤13.5. This high torque gearbox is made using top-quality domestic components and features NSK/INA brand bearings.

Imported gearbox and a safety clutch can be added as optional upgrades, further enhancing the machine's performance.

Feeding mechanism

There are two options for the feeding mechanism. One is a volumetric type, while the other is a loss in weight system that offers automatic and more precise feeding.

The screw element is designed with closely interlocking parts, making it easy to switch for different materials.

Barrel - homemade

The barrel's precision grade can achieve IT 6, resulting in reduced energy consumption. Its block design allows for versatile combinations.

Pelletizing mechanism

We offer various pelletizing systems to cater to different customer needs. These include strand pelletizing, water ring die face pelletizing, air cooling die face pelletizing, and underwater pelletizing.

Control mechanism

There are two types of control systems available. One is button control, while the other is PLC control with a touch screen interface.
