Plastic material dyeing and engineering plastic recycling, such as ABS, PC, POM, PP, PE, ABS/PC, etc. The laboratory single-screw extruder is mainly used for the research of polymer plastics. Because of its small screw diameter, it greatly reduces the amount of materials used in application research and development.

Characteristic

High-precision gearbox, high loading capacity,steady driving, low noise.
Newly-designed barrel and screw ensure better melt uniformity, low melt temperature and much higher production.
Adopt nitrided steel for most applications to ensure high corrosion resistant effect. Special materials can be adopted by bimetallic steel.The barrel is cooled by super mute blowing fan.
Japan PID temperature controller keeps the control steady and accurate.
The die head has two types: manual and hydraulic pressure screen changer.
