Description
The cable compounding could be divided into 3 parts below:
Silane XLPE cable compounding (two step and suitable for cable below 10kv)
Peroxide XLPE cable compounding (for cable 10-35kv)
HFFR (Halogen Free Flame Retardant) cable Compounding
1. Silane XLPE cable compounding (two step and suitable for cable below 10kv)
Basic formula for compound A:
98% LLDPE/LDPE+GL+GM
Process: loss in weight feeding system-> high torque twin screw extruder-> water ring die face pelletizing

LDPE+DPC+antioxidant
Process:
Loss in weight feeding system -> two stage extruder ->eccentric die face pelletizing
Note:
Final granules need to be dried.
Workshop must be air purification treatment.
