Twin Screw Extruder for Cable Compounding

Consistency, reproducibility and product purity are major requirements for the production of highly filled flame retardant cable materials (HFFR).
NJJY(Nanjing Jieya) sepecialized for such complete processing lines for HFFR – from raw material handling and feeding to compounding, pelletizing, cooling and packaging the pellets.

The process of cable compounding can be categorized into three sections as follows:Silane XLPE cable compounding (two step and suitable for cable below 10kv)Peroxide XLPE cable compounding (for cable 10-35kv)HFFR (Halogen Free Flame Retardant) cable Compounding1. Process:

Loss in weight feeding system -> two stage extruder ->eccentric die face pelletizing

Note:

Final granules need to be dried.

Workshop must be air purification treatment.
