The torque rating falls within the range of 9≤T/A3≤13.5. This high torque gearbox is made using top-quality domestic components and features NSK/INA brand bearings.
Imported gearbox and a safety clutch can be added as optional upgrades, further enhancing the machine's performance.
Screw - homemade
The screw element is designed with closely interlocking parts, making it easy to switch for different materials.
Barrel - homemade
The barrel's precision grade can achieve IT 6, resulting in reduced energy consumption. Its block design allows for versatile combinations.

We offer various pelletizing systems to cater to different customer needs. These include strand pelletizing, water ring die face pelletizing, air cooling die face pelletizing, and underwater pelletizing.
