The main compnents of a twin screw extruder consist of  gearbox and its lubrication system, cooling water system, vacuum system, feeding system, as well as the machine head, barrel screws, , and motor. 

The control part of the twin screw compounding system adopts an imported all-digital DC control system, and the feeding always adopts an imported frequency converter for speed control. 

Auxiliary equipment includes a water tank, air ducts, and  cold-cut granulator.

  1. ◆The twin-screw extruder  is composed of various interchangeable screw elements serially mounted on a core shaft, made from standard nitriding material and special reinforced materials.The barrel is assembled of multiple open and closed barrel sections as well as side-feeding barrel sections.Barrels are made from standard nitriding barrels and special reinforced materials, which are lined with wear-resistant alloy bushings.This construction facilitates the replacement and reconfiguration of screws and barrels, making it adaptable to a wide range of plastic processing applications and reducing maintenance costs by allowing the replacement of worn screw and barrel components.

  2. ◆The twin-screw extruder is designed with precision, ensuring uniform axial and radial  screws mesh gap.Strict processing standards provides the screw with excellent self-cleaning capabilities, high conveying efficiency, uniform residence time, and many other advantages.

  3. ◆The twin-screw extruder can be configured with several vacuum degasing systems. It could be designed with multiple feeding positions and can handle various forms of materials, including pellets, powders, flakes, and fluid materials, to meet the requirements for different application.

  4. ◆The feeding rate can be continuously and stably adjusted. Special orders can be made, including various types of main feeders and multi-path feeders to  accommodate the metering feeding requirements for different material forms, such as pellets, granules, dry powders, fibrous materials, and more.
